My Place to Grow. Since 1926.

We believe every child has talent. Our mission is to nurture this talent.

We are a Swiss international day and boarding school on the idyllic Zugerberg, on the doorstep of the culturally rich city of Zug, offering Swiss academic pathways (accredited by the Canton of Zug) as well as international programmes.

Currently, we host 360+ students from around 55 countries. They develop through our founding values: Internationalism, Individualism, Integration, and Innovation. Our exceptional teachers, small class sizes and co-curricular activities provide the optimal environment for our students to grow into strong, insightful, compassionate adults.

This is the Montana Learning Experience.

  • A Bilingual Primary School for grades 1–6 where students will learn half of the subjects in German and the other half in English based on the Swiss curriculum. Boarding is available for students who are 10 years old or older.
  • A Swiss Bilingual Secondary school for grades 7–9 which is a specialised bridging programme for students who need extra help and support with German in order to transfer to the Swiss Gymnasium (Schweizer Gymnasium).
  • A Swiss Gymnasium for grades 7–12 where students learn in German and English as well as learn French based on Swiss curriculum. Successful guarantees a direct entry into top Swiss university.
  • An International School for grades 6–12 where students can join the Cambridge CLSP and IGCSE, the IB Diploma programme or the High School Diploma.

Our students are offered individualised academic support, college counselling and are supervised day and night on our 60-acre campus that is well-connected to major cities in Switzerland but also secluded at 1000 mt above the sea, surrounded by nature and with stunning views over the beautiful lake of Zug.

We also offer a 2-week summer camp programme for students aged 10–16 years old in July where they will learn German or English alongside various academic summer classes and take field trips. As our summer motto goes, this is the place where students Learn. Grow. Move. Meet.
